Thanks for reaching out to us in the land of the Forums. We 100% apologize that you are having these different issues. Normally using a HDMI cable over here in the US, causes video issues, so we do not recommend that our US customers use them. but use a component cable instead, (red, blue and green)
Due to the fact that you are over the pond, (we are assuming that you are in Europe, due to the fact that you mentioned Euros instead of Dollars), we recommend that you please contact the European Support. The reason for this is that they are familiar with the type of connections that you are using, and should be able to fully assist you.
