    Slingbox Pro HD loses power


      My Slingbox Pro HD worked for a few months but now will not stay powered on.  There is an announcement about it on the Answers Forum page of Slingbox Support, so it must be a known issue. What the announcement does NOT tell you is that you need your slingbox Serial Number when you call, in addition to knowing the manufacturer of the power adaptor.  I am posting this to save others the aggravation of waiting 15+ minutes for a service representative, only to find that you need to get your serial number and call back before they can help you.
