My original problem was I could not pin Sling box to windows. Alan answered that but for some reason, when I tried to respond, I got the message that I had been logged out and could not recover the original message. Anyway, I discovered that I had downloaded the wrong sling box software. Have not downloaded the correct version, I think, sling player for desktop. Now my problem is that when I connect to the sling box at my son's house, the video/audio comes in broken, like the transmission is being constantly, steadily interrupted; a split second interruption followed by being able to hear one word or a part of a word, then another second or less break. I have reinstalled the software but that has not changed things. Any suggestions?
