Thanks for reaching out to us in the land of the forums. We do apologize that you are not able to view your TV outside of your home network. This can be quite frustrating. It is very possible that you do not have the Slingbox set up for Internet viewing. What needs to be achieved is to actually go in and set up the remote viewing, so you can watch your Slingbox where ever you want in the world. This is called Port Forwarding.
You will need to go in and check for Internet viewing. Two things will happen, it will either say, you are ALL set to watch TV remotely, or you are ALMOST complete. If you get this, then the next step is to set up the Port Forwarding on your home router, using the Slingbox Network Setup Assistance to configure your router.
