I had exactly this problem and the reason was the wrong feed. It has to be TCP, not SNATT. To check which feed you are using, with watch, press control and click left hand mouse button while cursor is over the video. Let me know if this is the issue and I can take you through what to do but it has to be done at the slingbox location
