    HELP: Slinglink Turbo - One of the link lights no longer turns on, even when plugged into the same outlet

      I own a Sling Solo and it was fine for the past couple of years. My network setup involves the Slinglink Turbo (one port)

       

      Recently, my Sling Solo wasn't found on my network. I started troubleshooting, and followed the instructions here:

      When I reached step 4, I realized that the link light doesn't stay lit on one of the Slinglink Turbos. Even when they're plugged into the same outlet. Does this mean the product is defective and I need to buy a new one?  Any help would be appreciated.
