Thanks for reaching out to us in the land of the Forums. We do apologize that your remote is not working. Most of the time, when the remote is working one day, but not the next, we find it is usually is due to the actual IR Blaster cable that you have connected from your Slingbox to the A/V device.
A lot of times, it gets knocked loose. We have a great article that covers basic trooubleshooting steps for the IR Blaster cable.

Here is something else that may correct the current situation. If you go down the list to the TiVo series 3 remote, you should see some addresses that range from 1 through 6. Select one of these addresses should correct the issue. Address 1 seems to work.

Thanks for the response, I have tried all the basic changes that I can by reconfiguring using the internet, but unfortunately I am out of the country and cannot get to the physical box itself. It could be the IR Blaster cable, but there is no way I can check for 2 weeks.
I find it hard to believe as it was taped and wedged into place.
Any other ideas?
