All day I have not been able to connect to my sling box. I bought it over ten years ago, and had many issues with software updates, and other growing pains. I bought the service plan for one year because I needed so much assistance. During the last several years, I have had NO issues what so ever.....Everything works fine.....So I had somebody reset my wifi and make sure everything is working.......and still no way to connect. However, the wifi to my "Ring" doorbell and by cameras are also not working......Does this mean my wifi is not properly working? my phone and computer and cable all seem to be fine on the wifi.
