    We are unable to locate your Slingbox


      Hi there,

      I'm getting this screen when I tried to login to my slingplayer on Windows 10.



      I'm trying to connect to the slingbox (M2) in my parents' house in Japan from Canada.

      (My parents recently changed the account settings so I'm trying to re-login using that new info)


      It says to make sure "Your computer and your Slingbox are on the same network."


      Is this true?

      It didn't need to be on the same network before. I set up slingplayer on all of my devices within Canada last time.


      Is there any way that I can connect to Slingbox without going all the way back to Japan?
