slingbox pro HD was perfect until a week ago... now sound is good but video is freezing every few seconds. This is happening within home network and via an internet connection and is happening on multiple devices

hmmmm a power on/off on the main unit seems to have rectified the problem
Glad to here it's working again. Sometimes, a reset/power cycle is all the Slingbox needs to get back on track. If you continue to have issues, let us know.
