I purchased a Slingbox Pro HD at the end of last year. Unfortunately the retailer has gone out of business. It has now developed a problem where it won't connect to my network. No light on the router port it is connected on and the network light on the Slingbox is flashing. The network light is also dim. The Slingbox will not reset using the button. I have tried different ports, cables and even routers. I have come to the decision that the Slingbox must be faulty but I can't find out how to get any support for the problem.
