Also, one other thing. If you have the ability to try a different browser, do so. For instance, if you normally use Firefox, try Google Chrome.

Only 1 year support is not reasonable- we change computers, routers, and the reconnecting problems suck. If the software worked right, it would configure itself- if it knows whats wrong, then it knows whats wrong-- if it knows whats wrong, then it should adjust itself to what it needs---- or give us more support-- am I to thow it out?- not much insentive to purchase again.
