My PRO-HD stopped working and Sling tech support concluded that the PRO-HD was broken. The sympthoms were
1. Power light on
2. Logo light solid on
3. Network light off
4. Factory reset not possible
However when the replacement slingbox arrived I had the same problem and I found out that the proiblem was with the power supply. I bought a new power supply and the old PRO-HD is fine again.
