My new slingbow solo was working for a couple of weeks but then went off, I have re-set everything twice, switched all power off several times, my broadband is working, both red lights are solid on the slingbox, I have edited my slingbox account but whenever I try to click watch, the latest plug in installs but then the same message always pops up "cannot locate slingbox" and I have also disabled my anti virus software (avast) and still it doesnt locate slingbox I am on wired internet please has anyone any idea what I can do?

You did not mention what web browser you are using.
We presently have made aware of a temporary issue with the Firefox 13 upgrade. Try to use another browser to connect with your
Slingbox until this is resolved.
