Please power cycle your Slingbox. Here a link that contains information in it on how to do this: All about the lights on the front of the Slingbox.
If the password issue is not solved, then reset the Slingbox following this link: How to reset your Slingbox to factory settings..

Yeah, I had this happen after an "update" on my Razr Maxx. Suddenly I had to come up with the Admin PW on everything EXCEPT the phone. (pad, computer)
I had to reset the box, and reconfig again. As a part of that process, it asked for new Admin PW. At first, my phone wouldn't do HD, but today it's back.
It was a little pain to redo, but at least I didn't have to redo the router (assigned local IP, open port, etc.).
