    Help urgently requested for slingplayer iPad connection issues

      Very frustrated. My brother installed new sling pro HD for me. After about a week and after setting up for Internet viewing on the website, I can watch on the sling catcher. However, the slingplayer for new iPad 3 keeps disconnecting. I get about two minutes of viewing then connection lost. Tried on iPad 2 and ipad3. Very annoying and I can not find anything in the support section or trouble shooting that explains this problem or the fix. If you have a fix please let me know in simple instructions. Thank you!
