    replacement slingbox pro-hd


      I just received a replacement slingbox hd-pro and when I plugged it in it still connect not available . Do I have to reset the unit since it is a new unit?

          It's nice to see you reaching out to us.


          When ever you get a new device or in this case a replacement device, it will need to be set up just like the first time.  The reason for this is due to the fact a new IP address will need to be created for the Slingbox to be used.
