    IR blaster issues

      I just got myself a slingbox pro to use with my Comcast RGN200 DVR box, and everything works except the onscreen remote in both my mobile app and on the web viewer. Pressing up/down on the remove while trying to scroll through the program guide results in the selection moving by 2 or 3 places instead of one, which never allows me to select the channel I want. Also, pressing the numbers on the number pad for channel tuning usually results in at least 1 number missing (for instance, tunning to channel 850 usually leaves me on 85 or 80). Is this an issue with the ir blaster positioning?
