I just tried Sling's chat help and they had me reinstall 2 times, once from the PC and neither worked. I did get a message "Unable to get box details". The agent then told me to call Apple - which I can't believe as this is a Sling App!
Has anyone else experienced the same issue - would love to figur this out as it seems support is not able to.
