    Router Issue


      Well done Wolfgang, Sling technician. My Slingbox Pro HD would not connect when in Tenerife. After contacting Sling support, Wolfgang resolved the issues with my router remotely. All I had to do was follow his clear and concise instructions and I now have my full TV package streaming in excellent quality 2000 miles away down here in Tenerife. 100% satisfaction and 10 out of 10 to Sling support and Wolfgang in particular from me
