I am having an issue with Slingbox PRO-HD. On my Windows 7 machine, the WebSlingPlayer's connection speed will start to optimze, and my connection speed will start to drop, causing the video to have to rebuffer. This only seems to happen with Windows 7, because it doesn't happen on my iphone or ipad. I am using a Belkin N750 router and Comcast for an ISP, though I am trying this over my local network. I've tried forwarding port 5001 for both TCP and UDP (and both at the same time) with no luck. I've also tried turning off my firewall on my PC.
