I have the Solo.
Nothing had changed on my end. The sound is VERY low all of a sudden.
I did the following:
Tried different audio cable
Hard Reset to Box
Reset Router and Cable Modem
Tried it on my android
Reset the sling box (of and on)
Has anyne had this issue.
I also called and paid the 29.99. They said to try new cables again or I have to buy a new sling box (out of warranty).
