I've been having a problem for the last week or so. I CAN log on to slingbox.com, find and select my slingbox (I'm using it over the Internet). The system recognizes it, initializes to my slingbox, then when its doing the last of the initializing a message comes up that says I have used the wrong password and allows me to log in again (or as the administrator) but neither path works. Done lots to try to fix, nothing working so far. Any ideas?
Sorry to hear you are having issues with initialization. I don't know what steps you have tried, but have you done a factory reset?
