It is very frustrating the have your viewing interrupted! A little more information may assist us with this issue. Where are you viewing -at home remotely? There could be issues with the speed at the location. Here is a link to give you some information Streaming in SlingPlayer slows and doesn't recover and even though this is for iPad it will give you a general idea of the speeds required Network speed requirements for SlingPlayer for iPad.
