I am trying to view my slingbox from a remote location using slingplayer. I am getting the message "The slingbox locator service is temporarily unavailable. SlingPlayer might not be able to locate your Slingbox if it's outside the network you're using. For workarounds and more information go to http://support.slingmedia.com/."
This link takes me to support.slingbox.com where I cannot find any help.
My slingbox has worked for years and I have had the router and slingbox both rebooted.
