So here is what I want to do. I live in Texas and my parents live in Michigan. Texas of course is out of Network for the Lions games. (Yes I am a lions fan). I was thinking instead of paying $300 a season for Sunday Ticket (considering I only watch one team and dont always want to go to a bar), I could use SlingBox. So what I was thinking, is purchasing the SlingBox Pro-HD, and connecting an Antenna to it (for OTA HD channels) at my parents house, and watch the local feed on my computer that is connected to my TV.
They only have a 6MB down, 1.5MB Up DSL connection. Will that be a fast enough connection to still view the game in HD, and is this something even worth doing? Any thoughts?
Thank you for participating in the Slingbox Answers Forum. Below are a couple links that provide System Requirements for the different Slingbox Models we offer.
