I recently replaced a Scientific Atlantic Explorer 2100 with the 2200 model cable box. Connected and activated the cable box with no problem. I then set up my Slingbox to work with the Explorer 2200 and when I tested Slingplayer on my Iphone to make sure it worked properly, I found the only channel(s) I can watch is whatever shows on the cable box. I cannot change channels. I have tried readjusting the IR cables and everything else I've come across, with no success. Can someone please help? I rely on my Slingbox and Player a great deal away from home and when traveling. Thanks in advance for any help.
