    can't connect since april 4th

      I read the message that after a long outage, everything was back to normal, but for me it doesn't work (ipad player or pc player) ... what should I do being away from home and having person with limited technical knowledge or IT skills at home??

          Hi LTQMTRL2012,

           

          I understand that you are having some issues in order to get the remote connection to your Slingbox PRO-HD.

           

          First off, although some customers had some issues in order to get the connection after April 4th, the issue has already been fixed. We are really sorry about your particular situation and even though you are away from the Slingbox location, your best option is to get someone at the Slingbox and give us a call.

           

          We will guide this person with the steps to follow in order to check if everything is working in a proper way and we will fix your connection issue as long as it is a Slingbox-related issue.
