I just bought this SB Pro for almost $300.00 American dollars, three days ago and today is the first time I have got to use it. I would first like to ask if this outage is normal and or typical. What kind of service level can I expect from these guys. According to the message on the top of the support page, it's been down for over 4 hours.
That is unacceptable and hugely irritating. Should I return the device now and save the headache?
