When I try to log on to watch my Singbox I get the "error connecting make sure box is on and connected to a network. check firewalls" Both the power light and the network light are on. The light on the router is showing a connection. I have re-set the router and unplugged the Slingbox. We I plugged the Slingbox back in it acted normally. I have not changed anything since the last time it worked. It has been a long time since I have used it. Probably 3 months. When I tried to run set up over again it says it can't locate my slingbox. The Box is only 10 months old. Could it be defective? What else can I try.
