I am having the same problem. I unplug the unit then it lights up but after just a minute or so it shuts off ant has no network light or power light?
What is disappointing is that I got he unit dec 26th. Have been traveling and got home to find this problem just a couple of days outside of the 90 day support window. Not very pleased with slingbox support system or qualitybatbthis point. Can,t talk to anybody !

This issue that you are experiencing with the Slingbox seems to be related to a bad power supply. I recommend you to have a look at the announcement at the forum's main page:
Douglasberger, the warranty policy for replacements is one year and not 90 days as you mentioned; give us a call so we can help you out with this.
