    Little to no internet connection message


      When i try to access my slinbox from the net it says the following:  We detected very poor internet connectivity or a loss of connection. Please ensure your internet connectivity is working fine before retrying.  I am able to connect when im at home with my laptop via my wireless router but not anywhere else.   Ive checked my router and it is functioning properly and i get signals with other devices.  Any suggestions on how to get connected via my laptop over the net?  Thanks
