It seems that you are having some issues with the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) since it shows all the information in Spanish.
We recommend you to run the AV configuration one more time and make sure to select US as the Slingbox-based country. You can also reset your Slingbox and run the whole configuration again. When you reach the screen where you must type in the password, pay attention to the upper drop down menu and select US as the Slingbox-based country.
