I have been getting a recent pop up on the video of a message telling me to press and hold the exit button on the remote. This is to reset due to some cables not being HD quality.. I use an S video cable for the video feed. I cannot get it to what it is prompting me to do and the continual popup of the message has rendered the Slingbox un-usable and of no value for remote internet viewing.... how do I get this resolved remotely?
