i'm facing the same problem. my slingbox just gave me this msg 1 week ago but before this it works perfectly for more than one year. One year ago when i just move in to my new house i had this problem twice and after i called my internet provider and they reboot my internet service from their side, it started to work, but now, it failed again and not even when they reboot the whole system for me it still can't work!! But using the same computer at other places (except my home) it all works!! what's wrong with it? how can i fix that?
I understand that you are not able to connect to the Slingbox from a remote location. This can be caused by the Internet Viewing settings on your Slingbox.
