    Slingplayer won't configure/recently changed cable providers


      Evening,  I have a Slingbox AV. I recently switched over from Comcast to Verizon and I connected the home computer to a Verizon cable box, but I cannot change the channel on the slingbox. When I go to change the channel on the setup assistant, it doesn't do anything even when I change the speed and IR.  Everything is set up the same exact way as I had it with Comcast, but now I cannot change the channel and it only gives me one code in the setup assistant (?) if that helps.


      And when I tried to set the slingplayer up on your macbook, I couldn't even go into the Setup Assistant because the Change Network Settings in the Slingbox Directory is whited out.


      Any thoughts or answers would be greatly appreciated.
