Suddenly my ability to watch my Slingbox, both at home on my PC (hardwired to my router), remotely on my laptop and wirelessly on my iPhone has stopped.
In all cases I can connect and watch for up to 2 or 3 minutes, then I get the message that a problem has occurred and to 'try again'.
It has been working fine up till now.
The error message is as above.
Because of the same experience on the different means of access, does this suggest I have a hardware fault?
I am desperate to get this sorted before the end of this week since we leave for Florida for 2 weeks and use Slingplayer to watch our Sky box from over there!!
I understand the issue that you have to connect to the Slingbox locally and remotely. I recommend you to perform all the steps that you can find here:
If the issue persists, I recommend testing a new power supply, just Contact Technical Support.
