    SlignBox Solo failed, support links on UK site not working


      Hi SlingBox


      I have a SlingBox SOLO installed in early November (actually I have 4). A couple of days ago the network light dropped out and won't restore, the SlingBox also won't reset via the button on the rear. As I have several SlingBoxes I have tried using an alternative power supply from one of the other devices but there is still no activity at all on the Network light. The LED's on the main body of the device also show no activity when the power is connected as they do on the other SlingBoxes.


      I think it's goosed and would like to return it under warranty but the links for contact numbers and chat aren't working (UK websiite, IE8 on Windows7). Does anyone know the UK service desk number?
