    Your software update last year caused my Pro-HD to stop working


      Your posted solution to this problem was to reset the SlingBox and then wait at least 10 minutes for the update. Well, I'm here to tell you that solution does not work. I've reset my box so many times and yet the network light just keeps blinking.


      I was barely able to use my SlingBox for maybe 8 months.


      I would like to know how ou plan on resolving this well-known problem for many, many slingbox owners.
