When viewing slingbox in full view on my Windows 7 PC the video disappears. How do I correct this?

I see that nobody from Slingmedia is able to resolve this.
I am using Windows 7 in a 32-bit browser and Firefox 11 and whenever I click "Full Screen" it goes blank. I've already confirmed that I am using the correct browsers.
So what is the next step to determine why the full screen goes blank?
