Can you stream 3D TV using the Slingbox Pro-HD

Pardon my probable ignorance in relation to how 3D TV works but would it possible to take the output of a Sky+HD box showing a 3D channel,  stream it via the Pro-HD, receive it at a remote location and output it to a 3D TV?

As far as I know 3D is just distributed via HD broadcast infrastructure, but embedding the 'left' and 'right' images in each frame, so is there any reason why this wouldn't work and has anybody with sufficient upload bandwidth to get a good HD picture actually tried it?

Or is there additional information encoded within the stream that indicates it is in 3D that might be lost along the way, perhaps when the Pro-HD encodes or the Slingplayer decodes?
