    Installed plugins as instructed and can no longer connect to pro-hd


      I have had a pro-hd for 18 months that has been working fine. Today I was prompted to install an ActiveX plugin when I tried to watch TV from PCs in another room. When I clicked on "watch" I was prompted to install a plugin. After doing so, I could no longer connect. I tried using another PC that has been working fine. Had the same prompts and results. When I called to Tech Support, I was told that the warranty period had expired in the Slingbox and they do not support and ActiveX plugins, even if they are required to use thier product. Does any one here have any suggestions?
