    new problem since Directv software upgrade


      I have had two HR20 DVRs connected to my Slingbox Pro for several years and have had few problems - until last week when Directv upgraded the software in my machines. One HR20 is connected by component video, and the other by S-video. The component machine still works fine for remote viewing. The S-video machine works until I push a button that involves an on-screen menu. Every time I push one of these buttons, an error message is displayed that says a cable is not HD, and the menu is not shown. All channel change buttons work fine, but I cannot control the recordings without seeing the menus displayed.


      Does anyone have this problem or can suggest a solution?
