Hi, I have 2 Slingbox Solos, only 1 is in use. The power supply failed so I used the power supply from the other Solo. 3 weeks later, that power supply failed too. I ordered and received a new power supply but now I can't conect over the internet. It works fine on my network. My router is a Sagem, as supplied by Sky, which does not show in your dropdown list. My router was set up with one of your agents when it was first installed and it has worked ever since until the power supply issue. What is strange is that the port forwarding was set at 5002 but I see it should be 5001? I've changed it in the router screen but still no connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
