    New router, please help

      Hello, My parents back in the states had to replace their router and now the Slingbox doesn't work. I'm overseas, so need to reconfigure remotely to get it to work. I've tried to reset to factory settings, but that hasn't worked. Can someone tell me what I need to do here? Thank you.

          Since they put in new router, they will probably need to rerun the setup routine on the Slingbox for that router, including a cold boot of the SB and perhaps pressing the reset button on the back of the SB for at least 10 seconds, then complete the setup routine.
