I am not able to connect since yesterday. I get a message telling (i am translating from italian) "the slingbox was disconnected because the internet connection was not sufficient. Check the connetion. Retry? (code: W202)"
No i know taht the connection is working (i am talking with my brother on skype). I also had him do a procedure that helped me once (unplug the slingbox, unplug the router. wait for some minutes, replug the modem, wait for the connection and finally replug the slingbox. The lights are on and not blinking).
Do you have any suggestions?

We solved it by just quickly pressing and realising the reset. as told in troubleshooting at http://support.slingbox.com//get/solo-troubleshooting.html
Basically my brother simply pressed and realesed the reset on the back of the box.
