I have 2 boxee boxes located at two physically differnent locations.
Location A has a boxee and the SOLO and viewing works just fine.
Location B is a remote location with a boxee and won't connect. I get the following error...
HTTP: Unable to connect to slingbox. Please check that your Slingbox is on and connected to the network. Then try again (code 7).
However, I am able to connect to the slingbox from this location using my laptop (wireless connection), the boxee is a wired connection.
The slingbox tells me the software (firmware???) is up to date,version is 2.1.210.
I have rebooted both the boxee and slingbox and receive the same result. Could it be a networking issue or a problem with the router at this site?
Any suggestions helpful.

Since you are not able to connect to the Slingbox through the SlingPlayer for Boxee Box and it works on your PC, the issue might be caused by the Internet Viewing configuration on your Slingbox itself. Please, follow the steps on this link in order for you to reconfigure the remote viewing settings, that should resolve the issue.
