    Still unable to connect - Since Friday 11 November

      Hello,

       

      I have been unable to connect to my Slingbox Solo since Friday. I keep getting an error message stating my password is wrong.

       

      I have not changed my password since I set the device up, so the password I am using is correct. I have tried connecting to it using three separate computers, using fresh logins and it isn't working. I cannot watch it via the Slingbox website, as it also says the password is incorrect.

       

      I haven't changed my password, and the network configuration hasn't changed since I installed the device a year ago, so the problem rests with Sling.

       

      Please fix this. I will be happy to provide specifics such as IP addresses and ID number to a Sling employee.
