    Broken product - seeking refund

      Since the WP7 Mango upgrade makes the SlinkPlayer product unusable, I am seeking a refund for the purchase price. Has anyone else attempted this? It seems to me the only way to make a company take support of their products seriously is to hit them where it counts - in the pocket. I know WP7 is probably a very small market for them, but if they want to release a product and take our money for it, it's not too much to ask to have it supported.
