If you still cannot connect to the Slingbox, I recommend to try a different computer, if the issue persists, you will need to check the settings at home and run one more time the Setup Assistant. If you only experience this behavior using one computer, try resetting the browser plugin, you can find the steps here,

Definitely having this issue on mac. I own a Windows 7 desktop and a netbook. My Slingbox works great with remote working and everything. I go to watch on my macbook pro, (2 months old), and an additional mac and both show the remote is "loading" and never does load.
Something is wrong with the mac software.
